The studio units have 36 square meters of floor space, which might not seem like much, but the flat is actually cleverly designed such that you can fit all of the basic furnishings you will need and then some. The kitchen area comes with a pre-installed tiled counter top with tile backsplash, a stainless steel sink, and modular cabinets for storage.

You can place a dining table for two/three against the wall, and a sofa in your living room area. Even with all those furniture in place, there will still be more than enough space for your sleeping area where you can place a double-size or a queen-size bed.

For people who need a bit more space, there’s the one-bedroom residences. The one-bedroom units are actually considerably larger than the studio-type units, with 61 square meters of floor space. The developers did not simply just place a divider for the sleeping area and called it a room. They actually gave the unit a considerable size upgrade, almost doubling the size of the studio-type unit. The kitchen stayed relatively the same size, albeit with a bit more storage space but the living and dining area is now large enough for a dining table for four and a complete basic living room setup.

The Icon Tower is not just exclusively for single professionals. You can also move in here with your family. The 2-bedroom units, measuring 96 square meters each, provide more than enough room for a small family of three or four. If you need more room, there are the 3-bedroom units that measure 280 square meters each. Both of these units have two bathrooms. The Master’s bathroom is much bigger and has a bathtub. These two larger residences also have Maid’s quarters, which you can convert into a guest bedroom or a private office.
